Please join us for our new Sunday Night Suppers. Each month, guests will experience authentic, hyper-local fine dining from around the world! In September, we’ll go on a culinary journey through the magnificent hills, olives groves and vineyards of Tuscany. Our menu highlights the simple, fresh and mouthwatering ingredients that have made Tuscany a food destination like no other.
Solstice Bites & Flights
Join us for a celebration of Chef Todd Gray’s seasonal summer bites paired with unique, locally made libations. Experience a food & beverage tasting with some of the area’s most acclaimed producers on a perfect summer Sunday evening.
We will be grilling on the patio, sampling in the atrium, hanging in the dining room and mixing it up in the bar with live music!
Equinox Turns 16!
June 11: Chef Anthony Chitum of Irongate Restaurant will teach a Mediterranean seafood-inspired class followed by dinner featuring Greek delicacies.
July 23: Chef Mike Friedman of The Red Hen and All Purpose will showcase the best of Tuscan cuisine in both his class and at the evening dinner.
August 20: Chef Patrick Willis of Lemaire Restaurant in the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond will be teaching a class that celebrates his Virginia and Chesapeake Bay heritage. The dinner will feature southern Virginia, Piedmont-style cuisine.
All classes and dinners will be held at the Salamander Resort & Spa, 500 North Pendleton Street, Middleburg. Classes are $75 per person (including wine flight) and dinners (including wine pairings) are $125 per person plus tax and gratuity. For reservations call 540.326.4060.
